Hi, I'm Chase.

I'm interested in how autonomous machines actually make it into the real world; the operational and economic layer between "the technology works" and "it works as a business." In autonomous vehicles, that layer is turning out to be physical: capital-intensive fleets, depots, real estate, and a lot more power than anyone budgeted for.

I've spent my career building the platforms that make that transition happen: Uber's AV fleet platform, where I ran Waymo and WeRide deployments across the US and UAE; partnerships infrastructure at Opendoor; and now growth for DoorDash's subscription business. On the side, I advise investors and operators on AV commercialization, occasionally write angel checks, and write a newsletter about where the industry is actually heading.
